We will come to pick you up at the hotel to reach the western boundary of Naples, beyond the hill of Posillipo, here there is an area full of history, art and nature: the Phlegrean Fields.
An intact series of extinct volcanoes, in a varied and animated landscape, that crown a blue sea.
A luxuriant vegetation with the typical features of the “Mediterranean maquis” and an agriculture that is recovering the ancient cultivation of fruit and vine are wedged among the urban centres of Pozzuoli, Baia, Bacoli, Miseno, Cuma.

This burning territory that extends from Naples along the coast of the gulf of Pozzuoli is rich of fascination and history.
Still today the Phlegrean Fields conserve are a place of entertainment, leisure, but also of cure and well-being of the body and the spirit.
The climate and the terrain have permitted the cultivation of local wines that have the Doc marking “Campi Flegrei”. The Doc wines are Piedirosso and Falanghina, cultivated here for centuries; Biancolella and Coda di Volpe for the whites, Olivella and Sciascinoso for the reds.

The area was an obligatory stop on the Grand Tour.The myths sung by Homer and Virgil, the Greek culture that spread onto the rest of the peninsula, the record of the times in which the Roman aristocracy built sumptuous villas: all of it helped to increase the fascination of an extraordinary natural beauty and the wonderous opera of man create an incomparable scenery.

For some tour types is possible to pay cash the same day of the excursion to our guide. In this case we ask for a valid credit card number with expiration date as guarantee, we do not charge anything from the credit card. Please, note that there will be no charge if you cancel your reservation by e-mail within at least 7 days before the date of requested service. If is not done in these terms, our company reserves the right to debit the total amount of requested services.
