Ischia is known as the Green Island because of its lush green vegetation. It is also the only place in the Neapolitan riviera with real sandy beaches. It is a volcanic island dominated by Mount Epomeo 798 m above the sea level.
The tour takes you over to Ischia by jet or hydrofoil - a journey of just 50 minutes across the Bay of Naples. You will be given free time for a walk around the main town of Ischia. Then you will be given a guided tour by motorcoach of the island. In the afternoon you will have some more free time where you can visit the Tropical Thermal Park (entrance fee not included) which has ten different thermal baths, natural sauna and hydro massage or you may visit the beach of Sant' Angelo.
