A private vehicle is the perfect solution for passengers who wish to tour privately or who want the flexibility of designing their own itinerary.
For your guidance, we suggest that half day private tours are appropriate for Pompeii, Naples city, Vesuvius or Herculaneum only. All other sites or combinations will require a full day.
All our excursion rates INCLUDE private vehicles with driver and guided tours with licensed professional guides.
An Official Tour Guide is a professional with a license (compulsory for the Italian law) who can take people inside museums, churches and give specific detailed information.
Please note we have heard many times the word “driver-guide”, what does it really means ? Ask them if they are licensed to conduct guided tour inside museums, or if they simply prefer to use this title to seems more professional, informative, and ask you more money for the same services that we can offer.

For most of the tours you have two options: - Meeting point at the hotel with private car or minivan and english speaking driver, opportunity to get an official tour guide by the entrance of the museum or the archeological site.
- Meeting point at the hotel with private car or minivan, driver and licensed tour guide at your disposal for the full day.
No hidden costs, our very competitive rates include taxes, tolls, insurance and parkings, only entrance fees for museums and archeological sites are excluded.
All meeting instructions will appear on your voucher after the trip has been confirmed. we will include information on who to look for at the pier/hotel: details about the tour and an emergency phone number in case of assistance.

Terms of Payment:
As regards the payment our customers have two options,:
1) We accept pre-payment only by PAYPAL SECURE SYSTEM ( web link on our internet site ),
or by money transfer on our company bank account.
Once we receive the payment we will e-mail you - within 48 hours - the excursion voucher valid as final confirmation with all details about pick-up and timings.
2) Cash the same day of the excursion, in this case we ask for a credit card number with expiration date as guarantee, we do NOT charge anything from the credit card.
Cancellation Policy
Please, note that there will be no charge if you cancel your reservation by e-mail or phone call ( +39.33.8888.42.82 or +39.36.64.2694.82 ) within at least 7 days before the date of requested service. If is not done in these terms, our company reserves the right to debit the "no show fee" on your credit card which is the total amount of requested services.
