No hidden costs, our very competitive rates include taxes, tolls, insurance and parkings, only entrance fees for museums and archeological sites are excluded.
All meeting instructions will appear on your voucher after the trip has been confirmed. we will include information on who to look for at the pier/hotel: details about the tour and an emergency phone number in case of assistance.

Terms of Payment:
As regards the payment our customers have two options,:
1) We accept pre-payment only by PAYPAL SECURE SYSTEM ( web link on the home page of our internet site  ), or by money transfer on our company bank account.
Once we receive the payment we will e-mail you - within 48 hours - the excursion voucher valid as final confirmation with all details about pick-up and timings.
2) Cash the same day of the excursion, in this case we ask for a credit card number with expiration date as guarantee, we do NOT charge anything from the credit card.

Cancellation Policy
Please, note that there will be no charge if you cancel your reservation by e-mail or phone call ( +39.33.8888.42.82 or  +39.36.64.2694.82 ) within at least 7 days before the  date of requested service. If is not done in these terms, our company reserves the right to debit the "no show fee" on your credit card which is the total amount of requested services.
