Board an air-conditioned motorcoach for your narrated drive and guided walking tour through Naples. As regards the National Archaeological Museum instead it was originally a cavalry barracks, Charles of Bourbon established the museum in the late 18th-century to house the Farnese collection he inherited. The highlights include the Farnese Bull, a classical Roman sculpture depicting figures from Greek mythology. The museum possesses an extraordinary collection of murals, frescoes and mosaics from Pompeii, Herculaneum and many other minor archeological sites.
