I'm a writer. I visited Naples to research a historical novel about an Italian artist. Dear Giulia, I would like to thank you for your excellent service and professional employees.
The Naples excursion was great with Ugo that he is very professional in his work and even a
very nice guy with people.
The Rome excursion was as well very good with Christian as a guide that is a very nice person
too, with a comfortable coach with us. I want to thank you for everything and for sure if I will
have other trip to Italy, you be the only 1 company to work with. I'm sending you the photo
we took in Naples. It's a pity you were busy and we met just 1 minute

We arrived home in New York on Saturday.  I just wanted to drop a note  to  say thank you
for our wonderful day in the Naples area.  Leelo was a   fantastic guide - we all felt like family
by the end of the afternoon. 
The  tour  ended with our lunch in the vineyard and what a great way to end our  trip.  
My group could not stop talking about the experience. 
The food  was  terrific and the wine sensational.    
Once again, thank you so much for the wonderful tour. 
When the  occasion  arises, I will most definitely recommend your tour company.

Hi Giulia,
Thanks for being such a wonderful tour guide during our trip to Pompeii and Herculaneum. Adrian and I both learned a lot, and appreciated your ability to answer all of our questions concisely. (I hope that we didn't ask you TOO many questions!) In all, it was a great day!.
I really enjoyed Naples as well. After we said goodbye to you, we walked around a bit more, down Via Toledo (?) one of the main shopping streets, and into some of the back alleys up the hill, which I found fascinating. I really do hope to revisit Naples soon.
I'll be sure to keep your contact information accessible, so that I can give out your name to anyone I know who may be visiting Italy.

We all remember you very well and we have told many people about your tour.  If you remember we were 7 teachers and 1 medico:) We have shared many of the things you taught us with our students. Buon Giorno Ugo,
We left Barcelona yesterday and, after 24 hours of travel time, we  made it home at about 2:00 am this morning. Our entire cruise was a wonderful experience for our family as we had the opportunity to share many special moments in some of the most beautiful and memorable places. I especially want to thank you for all of your help - your enthusiastic and informative tour of Pompeii. Our sons, in particular, were so impressed with your knowledge and passion that it was one of the highlights of our trip. I also want to thank you for contacting Maurizio in Rome; he was an excellent driver and tour guide and made our visit to Rome so much easier and enjoyable for all of us. Please pass on our thanks to him. I would highly recommend him if you are 
thinking about working with him or recommending him again.
I also want you to know that the rest of our day visiting Sorrento and Positano was excellent; we will always especially remember the drive from Sorrento to Positano.
Again I want to thank you for all of your time and help. I have your card and I will highly recommend you any time I know someone who is thinking about visiting the Naples area. My wife and I have a great desire to visit Italy again and to spend more time on our own getting 
a better feel for the Italian way of life. If we do return to your area, we will be sure to be in touch. If you should ever have the opportunity to visit our part of Canada, please let us know and we will do everything we can to help you.
